Albarracín City Council informs users that this website is managed by Albarracín City Council. The information and content provided in this electronic office are provided by the different Municipal Services and Departments.

This Legal Notice regulates the conditions of use of the electronic office www.albarracin.es. Any person who accesses it assumes the role of user, committing to the observance and compliance with the provisions included in it, as well as its correct use in accordance with the applicable legislation, responding for the damages that could be caused by the breach of this obligation. The processing of personal data that is carried out through this electronic office will be subject to the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of these data and by which Directive 95/46/CE (hereinafter, GDPR) is repealed and by Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December December, Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, as provided in the “Privacy Policy” contained therein.

The intellectual property rights belong to the Albarracín City Council, therefore, this electronic office and all its contents, texts, images, graphics, audio and any other material are the property of the Albarracín City Council or its collaborators. The trademarks or distinctive signs of the Albarracín City Council contained in the electronic headquarters are protected by industrial property legislation. The designs, logos, text and/or graphics outside the Albarracín City Council that may appear on it belong to their respective owners, who are responsible for any possible controversy that may arise with respect to them.

Terms of use

Access to the Albarracín City Council website, as well as the use that may be made of the information contained therein, are the sole responsibility of the user. The user is obliged to access the electronic headquarters and to use its contents in a diligent, correct and lawful manner and, in particular, undertakes to make use of the information and/or services offered in accordance with current regulations at all times. Albarracín City Council will not be responsible in any case for the use that users and/or third parties may make of its electronic office or its contents, nor for any damages that may arise from it, including computer damage or viruses. Albarracín City Council excludes all liability for any damage or harm to the user’s software or hardware that may arise from access to this electronic office, as well as from its use, transmission, dissemination, storage of information or applications contained therein. The Albarracín City Council may, at any time and without prior notice, make the necessary changes and updates to the information contained in its electronic headquarters. Its operation is constantly reviewed so that it works correctly 365 days a year. However, the possibility of certain programming errors or force majeure events, natural catastrophes or similar circumstances that make it impossible, at any given time, to access its electronic headquarters is not ruled out. The Albarracín City Council will make the necessary efforts to avoid errors and, where appropriate, repair or update them as soon as possible, excluding all liability for damages caused by interruptions or temporary failures in access to it.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

For the resolution of all disputes or issues related to this website or the activities carried out on it, Spanish legislation will apply, to which the parties expressly submit, being competent to resolve all disputes arising or related to its use the Courts and Tribunals of Teruel.
